 We provide a safe, confidential and comfortable environment for you to determine if you are pregnant. Our staff and volunteers are here to provide information to help you make an informed decision regarding your pregnancy. We do not benefit financially in any way from your pregnancy decision. We do not provide or refer for abortion.

Pregnancy Test

We offer a urine pregnancy test that is 99.9% accurate according to the manufacturer’s specifications.


A limited first or second ultrasound may be available free of charge. Your partner or someone in your support system is welcome to join you for this appointment. We do not use ultrasound to determine sex of baby.

After Abortion Support

Many women today are struggling with the emotions they have following an abortion. It may be a recent abortion or one that took place many years ago. We offer a non-judgmental, confidential place to talk with someone regarding those feelings.

Pregnancy Help

Facing an unplanned pregnancy is hard. 
Fear, confusion and anger are just some of the feelings that you may be experiencing.  You have the right to be fully informed about this important decision.

Free Pregnancy Tests and Limited Ultra-sound

 (Please allow 45 minutes for a Pregnancy test and an extra 30 minutes for an Ultra-sound).

After a consultation with a nurse

at Hope 360 Pregnancy Clinic, your pregnancy can be confirmed with a lab quality urine pregnancy test.

If your test is positive

a limited ultra-sound maybe performed to determine if you have a viable pregnancy and how far along you are in your pregnancy.

You may feel panicked or that everything is out of control.  We are here to offer accurate medical information, services and support so you can make an educated decision.

Raising Your Child

You are not alone.  At Hope360 we will assist you to navigate the community resources available to new parents. We offer a parenting program to help you adjust to being a parent.  We are here to listen and support you through this life changing transition.

Choosing a Family for your baby

Adoption may not be an easy choice but it can be a healthy and positive experience for both you and your baby. We provide information and support if you are considering choosing a family for your baby.


Abortion may seem like a black and white decision but there are many factors to consider. Take the time to be fully informed about the procedures, risks and how a medical or surgical abortion may affect you.   Our nurses and volunteers are here to listen and provide support for you as you make your decision.

We provide education on abortion but we do not offer or refer for abortion procedures.

Educational Services

Plan B, Morning After Pill, Emergency Contraception

It is important to be fully informed before taking any medication and Plan B is no exception.  Our nurses are available to talk with you about how it works and possible side effects.  Be sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision regarding your health.


STD/STI -Sexually Transmitted Disease/Infection Information

In Oregon, the highest rate of sexually transmitted infections are in those between 15 and 24 years of age. There can be serious complications if STIs are not diagnosed and treated. If you or your partner have had sex with someone else you may be at risk for an STI.  You can talk with one of our nurses for information on sexually transmitted infections.


For the Men

You are a vital part of a pregnancy decision. Be involved. This is not the time to run. There are now three lives involved.Take the time to learn all the facts to help make an informed decision together. Listen to her feelings. Be supportive. Let her know you care. Take responsibility and be involved.  Be supportive without pressuring her. At Hope 360 we are here to help you gather information and sort through the decision making process.

Patient Notice

Hope 360 Pregnancy Clinic is a faith-based, non-profit, medical clinic specializing in pregnancy education, verification and decision.  All our services are confidential and free of charge.

We serve clients from a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual approach.  You will be treated with respect at all times. 

Our medical services are provided under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician.  These services are implemented by paid and volunteer Staff and Licensed Medical Professionals.

Our Patient Coordinators are volunteers who provide non-medical services such as education, consulting, life planning and community referrals.  They are specially trained volunteers, not licensed counselors and are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical or prenatal care.

Pregnancy test verification and/or medical records will be provided upon a signed medical release form request with proper identification if request does not meet HIPAA and organization policy requirements.

All information is kept confidential except if child abuse reporting laws apply or we believe or hear that you are in danger of hurting yourself or others.

Hope 360 Pregnancy clinic does not make money from the choices you make.  We neither refer for nor perform abortions. We do not sell or distribute birth control devices.  The clinic provides education about pregnancy, abortion, parenting, adoption and lifestyle choices under the supervision of the medical director.

Hope 360 Pregnancy Clinic provides physician referrals for additional reproductive health.
